This programme which is hosted by Tullamore Lions Club comprises of a two day “ideation” training camp to be held in Tullamore on March 20th and 21st and is designed to educate transition year students in the art of ideation, entrepreneurship and customer driven innovation.
Speaking at the launch, Brendan Cannon, Corporate Affairs Director, Intel Ireland said “Through immersing themselves in this learning experience these transition year students will have the ability to find improve their creative capacity and learn how to identify problems and build ideas into tangible concepts, prototypes and ventures that can be progressed and commercialised.”
Intel’s involvement in the programme has been to create a curriculum based on best in class theory and practice related to innovation and ideation.
