5 Irish projects featured at Research@Intel 2011

This week Intel Labs opened its doors to the media, academia, partners and customers at the 9th annual Research at Intel event in Santa Clara, California, where Justin Rattner, Intel Corporation Chief Technology Officer, unveiled more than 35 innovative research projects underway that will help transform the future of technology.

Among the 35 projects were 5 which come from Research Labs located in Ireland which are part of the Intel Labs Europe network. The Irish projects focused on the Dependable Cloud, Renewable Data Communications, Sustaining Legacy Data Centers, Personal Smart Spaces and Body Worn Sensors Applied to Gait Analysis.
